  • ALL Fields are required.
  • If band or venue is not listed please contact adam AT admin @ bostonblues.org.
  • When selecting start/end times click the right side of inout box and you will get an h/m/am/pm selections.
  • the date picker is a little hard to read, zoom in if needed. In Upper right corner of top blue bar is a button to navigate to next month(s)
